Villa rentals start from 3 nights. Wellness Week includes 7 days and 6 nights. The two villas comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests together. For villa rentals, pool access is included with the Large Villa only; the Small Villa rental does not include it. After we confirm availability, we send a personal payment link for a debit or credit card. A 30% advance payment secures the dates and counts toward the total; the remaining 70% is due 30 days before check-in. For a booking made less than 30 days before check-in, the full amount is due at confirmation. We hold the dates for 24 hours after sending the payment link and can extend the hold by personal agreement. If payment is not received within that time, we will check availability again. We provide cancellation terms before payment. An inquiry or calculator estimate is not a confirmed booking.
